‘How’s business?’ tour begins
Starting Thursday, Dan Reilly from the Small Business Development Center in Wahpeton will start visiting all businesses along Dakota Avenue and those directly affected by its reconstruction. He calls it the “How’s business?” tour, which will last for approximately three weeks.
