manufacturing process which end up in landfills if they are not properly recycled. Up to 99 percent of these metals can be reclaimed by J&B.

Their facility processing capabilities include chemical stripping, melting, thermal oxidation, and base-metal recycling. In addition to gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, J&B also recovers copper, aluminum, tin, and lead.

J&B Enterprises has been maximizing the value of recyclable assets from makers of, semiconductor chips, printed circuit boards, microwave components, opto-electronics and other electronic products for more than 30 years.

“Companies could be losing twice by unknowingly throwing valuable materials in the dumpster and then paying someone to haul them away,” says Ken Epsman, president of J&B Enterprises. “We can perform a facility survey and identify materials containing precious metals that currently may be headed for the landfill.”

J&B Enterprises can also validate the efficiency of a company’s current precious metals recycler by running a side-by-side trial to make certain they are receiving the maximum value of reclaimed metals.

In addition, J&B can perform a one-stop recycling service, consolidating the number of suppliers and contracts that companies must deal with, improving operating efficiency.

Maximizing return is important, but not at the expense of the environment. J&B has gone to great lengths to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment. Its 22,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Silicon Valley looks more like a lab than a recycling center. “We provide environmentally safe precious metals reclamation,” says Epsman.
