I will never order from this guy again. I still don’t have the book. I explained to him that I have an 8 week class, and he just ignored my pleas. I want my money back, and I want to see him off this site. He was dishonest and cheated me. I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and to Amazon. I still want my money and more to make up for the difference of another book, plus extra shipping and handling, plus for all the anxiety over losing my four point because I had NO BOOK. Do NOT buy anything from this guy.

I love the book, it’s very easy to read and understand.
The best thing about this book is that it has its own web page that offers Power point slides , Test, recorders, DVD, that help to the best understanding. that is an excellent service.
It would be nice if the access code needed to access the website is provided with the purchase of the book.

I had to buy this book for MGMT 309. I got it quickly and in great shape. But, the book was horribly written and contain typos on every page. I would have NEVER bought this book if it wasn’t for class. The publisher needs to read it over again!
