Often times these same loan mod companies will be able to offer you debt settlement as well. We have found that those who come to us for loan mods or principal balance reduction, also need debt settlement as well. <br /> <br />This is an excellent "how to" book and I would highly recommend it, even if you are employing a loan mod company.
